In addition to Home Watch, we offer optional estate care and support services such as seasonal preparation, arrival and departure concierge services, coordination of third-party maintenance providers, errands, and construction oversight.

We are Nicole & Eddy, a German-American team combining professional quality management with hands-on building expertise.
Nicole is a certified Quality Manager who started her career as an Office Communication Specialist and, over 19 years—including her time at Siemens—advanced through extensive in-house and external technical training. She worked as a Senior Buyer in Supply Management and became a certified Quality Manager for suppliers, conducting on-site audits to ensure top-level quality standards. Her approach is precise, structured, and reliable - often described as German precision. Her background reflects a careful and structured approach to home watch services, offering homeowners added peace of mind.
Eddy has been self-employed for more than 30 years, mastering the art of solving complex problems and managing his own business with creativity and efficiency. He brings decades of home construction and renovation experience, making him precise, dependable, and solutions-driven. Eddy’s hands-on knowledge allows him to see not just what a home looks like, but how it is built and how potential issues can be prevented - especially important in North Idaho’s unique climate.
Together, we deliver structured Home Watch and Property Care at a professional, trustworthy, and highly organized level—far beyond traditional home-watch services. Home Watch services are offered through North Idaho Estate Watch, while additional home and property care is handled through Eddy and Nick LLC, our licensed and insured contractor company.
